1977

Foundation

Ulrich Klöber founds Ulrich Klöber GdbR in St. Ingbert. The industrial assembly company specialises in conveyor technology and steel construction work.

1979

Growth

The assembly of prefabricated halls and the development and production of its own conveyor technology expand the young company’s range of services. The GdbR becomes a GmbH and Ulrich Klöber becomes its managing director.

1981

Development

Construction of a new factory building in Saarland for sheet metal processing and mechanical engineering. Increasing activity for the automotive industry. This includes: Toolmaking and mechanical engineering, further development of conveyor technology and expansion of the assembly spectrum to include surface technology.

1994

Specialisation

Concentration on the core business of industrial assembly. Further development of the areas of high-quality conveyor and surface technology, particularly for the automotive industry.

2001

Generation change

Dipl. Ing. Martin Vogelgesang is appointed Managing Director.

2003

Relocation

Ulrich Klöber GmbH is moving. The new company headquarters are in Blieskastel.

2004

Continuity

Generational change in the family business: Mrs Jacqueline Klöber becomes Managing Director of Ulrich Klöber GmbH. Transfer of the Klöber couple’s shares to Mr and Mrs Vogelgesang.

2006

International

Start of production for Ulrich Klöber S.L. in the Spanish branch.

2020

Termination and closure of the Spanish branch.
